Village matters

A kage being able to upgrade the stats of his village guards and hire more(of course theres a limit) based on the accumulated mission count of all the members in the village and the money income from missions.

Enemy ninja will be told wether or not they have recieved permission from the kage to enter a village by the npc guards around the entrances and if you manage to kill the guards guarding a certain entrance and you step in the village then the whole village will recieve an announcement that enemy ninja have infiltrated the village.

Village Npcs having the AI to track down enemy ninja in the village no matter where they are based on info that the guards give each other, so for example you would see a couple of Leaf shinobi together chasing the enemy throughout the whole village and they will stop chasing the enemy once there at a certain distance outside the village or of course killed.

Leaf Guard 1 chases Enemy and then sends info to Leaf Guard 2 of the coordinates of where there fighting if Leaf Guard 1 is losing the battle and a big enough stat difference will make the Leaf Guard call for help right away or more often. If Leaf Guard is taken out before hes able to give the coordinates of where he has confronted the Enemy then the rest of the Village guard npc's will be in the darkness of where you are unless one of them sees you.

I like that idea its pretty cool and its like Manga and Anime =D btw Solar i cant edit any posts or i dont have the admin panel anymore o.o

Its not stupid its how realistic things would be if you the enemy tried to go in one of the great villages without permission. For example a Leaf ninja should not be able to go in an enemy village with the guards of that village just watching you go in like a dummy and vice versa.

So if you just made a character and you go straight to another village, expect to get raped if you enter without permission, so at later levels you will have an easier time taking down the npcs and so this is where upgrading npc guards comes into play

good idea karama ^.^ i think that there should be some tricks , for instance if u henged a leafie guards wont bumrush u cause we gotta admit the one GREAT thing about GOA is the madness of raiding a village so u dont want people to be afraid of trying to go in another village but overall great idea

ok Sharingan: you can only Obtain it by Keikei Genkai and you you must from there bloodline to get sharinga. if you want to get mangekyou you must kill yourr closest friend or if an Uchiha had Mange then they can implant it to you .

the jutsus for mange are Tsuki: a gen atttack which can reallly cuz mental damage for weeks. and Ama:is a Black fire that will nvr end untill it hits its Target. Susano'o: that is only for Itachi because every mange get there own jutsus and susano is the Ultimate defense for Uchihas and has the legendary sword
Susanoo is a move that kakshi has and that is a move that can send an Object to aantoher Demention.
